FAQs

  • What is Lihing Mui?

Lihing Mui is a dried preserved plum, we use it in a powder form to season our candies. It has a sweet, salty, and a slight sour taste. Hawai'i locals love to put it on everything!

  • What does 'Wet' mean?

“Wet” means that the candy is coated in our homemade sauce with Lihing Mui. If you opt for Lemon Peel only then it will have our homemade tarty sweet lemon sauce on it without Lihing Mui.
